Under the hood, the completely rebuilt 6.6L 400 V8 engine boasts roller rockers, a mild cam, Edelbrock aluminum intake and carburetor, HEI distributor, stainless headers, and a Flowmaster exhaust system. The fuel pump, water pump, alternator, starter, power steering pump, radiator, and AC compressor are all new or rebuilt. The Turbo 400 automatic transmission shifts perfectly and mates to a resealed NP205 transfer case with new custom driveshafts.

This 4WD truck features a Corporate 14 Bolt rear axle with 3.73 gears and limited slip, and a Dana 60 front axle also with 3.73 gears both completely gone through. The braking system is fully updated with 4-wheel disc brakes and all new lines and hoses. Sitting on a professionally installed 6-inch suspension lift with new springs, bushings, shocks, and greasable shackles, the truck rides on vintage-style slot wheels wrapped in 36-inch Goodyear Wrangler R/T tires.
